TrustedExim.in is an agri-commodity exporter based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Trading since 2023, we ship rice, groundnut, groundnut oil and onions to buyers across 20+ destination countries.
Who we are
Rooted in Gujarat's crop belt
Gujarat grows and processes a large share of India's groundnut, and Gandhinagar puts us within reach of the mills, oil units and mandis that supply it — as well as the rice belts and onion markets we buy from across India.
That proximity is the point. We contract through farmer producer organisations, inspect what we buy, know who processed it, and stand on the floor when the container is stuffed. One desk carries your order from first enquiry to bill of lading.
We supply importers, wholesalers, mills, packers and food service groups — from a single trial container to repeat monthly programmes.

Sourcing
Crop contracted at FPO, mandi and mill level against your grade, with MRL control from the field.

Cleaning, sortex, moisture and residue checks. Pre-shipment samples sent before we pack.

Bags, tins or mesh to your marking, weight and labelling requirement in HACCP packhouses.

Documentation
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and APEDA paperwork prepared in advance.

Stuffing
Container stuffed under supervision, with loading photos, temperature settings and seal numbers shared same day.

Sailing

What is the minimum order quantity?
One full container load is our standard minimum — a 20' or 40' FCL depending on the commodity and packing. Mixed loads combining rice, groundnut and oil in one container can be arranged for trial orders.
Which Incoterms do you quote on?
We quote FOB, CFR and CIF from Indian ports. Tell us your destination port and we price the goods and the freight leg separately so you can compare.
How do you control pesticide residue and quality?
Lots are contracted through FPO and mill partners with MRL control from the field, then cleaned, sortex sorted and moisture checked at HACCP packhouses. Pre-shipment samples are sent for approval before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and APEDA paperwork as applicable, plus fumigation, health and analysis certificates where your import rules require them. Drafts go to you for approval before originals are issued.
How long does it take from order to sailing?
Typically two to four weeks from confirmed order and advance to vessel departure, depending on the commodity, season and container availability at the loading port.
